Speaking up for those who are
often overlooked
Since 2018, CFJ Legacy Group and its founder have advocated to dismantle barriers and nurture growth within minority communities through efforts of The Equity Factor. We stand at the intersection of media and advocacy for the minority community, crafting initiatives that echo the voices of the underrepresented and shine a spotlight on the stories that matter most. Our focus now extends to the pillars of media and advocacy for esteemed senior citizens, crafting programs and events that educate and champion the stories and voices of the community that deserve to be heard and celebrated. In 2022, we formed a nonprofit with two key areas of focus.

In the senior citizen community, we focus on community support, education, social engagement and volunteerism. Our Senior Collaboration brings together community, culture and collaboration.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we're opening the door for you to make a difference through your support. Our local news initiative fund isn't just about journalism; it's an initiative to educate and spark conversation in the Black community through awareness and drive change in the local community.
Your contributions breathe life into essential journalism projects, educational programs and events that ensure that our impact resonates with audiences across Collin County in particular. It's an investment that doesn't just inform but transforms, making a tangible impact, especially on the lives of our senior citizens and beyond. Your generosity doesn't just fuel our initiatives; it empowers our collective voice. Together, let's create a legacy of change.
Contributions to this program are tax-deductible to the full extent of U.S. law; please consult a tax advisor for details.
