Douglass Visions Committee, Inc. is a Texas based non-profit organization that started in 1990 to assist and enhance the Douglass Community of Plano, Texas. Over the years, our services have expanded to reach residents all over Collin County, Texas, and other states, with the Douglass Community of Plano, Texas always remaining our priority.  Douglass Visions’ focus and mission is on rebuilding, revitalizing, improving & empowering communities through free and low-cost programs focusing on:
